Finding someone like Katie Wylie is truly rare. She is kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, diligent, persistent, a great negotiator, and carries through with her promises and stands by her word. When we first met Katie, we had just come out of a less than perfect relationship with another realtor. In that first meeting, Katie showed more interest in who we were and what our vision was, than we would have ever expected. Within two hours of us meeting with her, she had set up a targeted search that delivered more applicable results for what we were looking for than we had seen from our previous realtor over the prior 3 months.
